Job role: Sales Director – HealthTeam
Tell us about your job. What does your role involve? I’m Sector Head for HealthTeam, and my day-to-day role involves visiting Healthcare and NHS organisations where I help to find solutions to any supply chain challenges, identify cost savings and achieve efficiencies. I manage the HealthTeam Customer Service team in Hertford as well as the HealthTeam Customer Support Manager, Dominique Mobbs.
How long have you worked for HealthTeam? I joined in January 2014.
What did you do before joining HealthTeam? I was Sales Director (South) for a locally based office supplies company and previously spent eight years running the Health Division at Banner, achieving a £25m turnover for the Division.
What do you enjoy most about working at HealthTeam? The culture is really vibrant and positive and the management really buy into the people. No one here is a number, everyone is individual. The people are so friendly and welcoming; nothing is too much trouble when you need help. Plus it’s a very innovative and entrepreneurial company and provides unrivalled back office support for sales people.
How would your colleagues describe you? Easy going, non-judgmental, always willing to help other people, well-mannered, professional and, overall, a nice person, (so people have just told me…)
Tell us something we don’t know about you? I am fascinated by wolves.
What’s your proudest achievement (work or personal)? My two sons.
What are your ambitions? To get an English degree.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Sailing with my family on our boat, gardening, reading, eating out, and meeting friends for a glass of wine or two.

If you were CEO for the day… what would you do? Make everyone dress in red for a day and wear red lipstick, even the men.
