Following a rebrand and relocation to London, Antler required a single source supplier of marketing print and POS products. In addition, with the retail industry turbulent Antler had to ensure that their marketing campaigns matched its high street competitors – so a quick print turnaround in marketing collateral was essential.
Antler awarded PrintTeam the £50k contract to produce all new marketing collateral and store POS for 50 stores and concessions. We offered a full campaign management solution whilst working closely with Antler’s agency to ensure that brand integrity was maintained.
PrintTeam worked closely with Antler’s visual merchandising, marketing and retail operation teams to get a full understanding of what was needed to make the rebrand happen effectively and smoothly. PrintTeam provided recommendations to the marketing team for POS prototypes, produced dummy samples as required, and sourced a bespoke binder for the Antler catalogue, distributed to 250 airports for Ryan Air customers.
We were able to increase the speed to market of collateral by 100% with 3 day lead times, while also reducing costs. Free direct delivery to all 45 stores cut logistics overheads, plus by using a single source solution Antler could reduce administration time and invoice processing costs.
