Main duties will include:
Duties are many and varied, including but not limited to the following:
Producing customer account reviews
Producing customer core rebuilds.
Preparing internal and external reports inc. adhoc and monthly reports.
Gap fill analysis
ART (support to margin management & ART).
Attend Training as required.
As demand requires help share workload business nationally.
Manage workload through the Sales Support email.
Maintain department Service Level Agreements.
Ownership of Supported cost tracking and removal (depending on location)
Core Skills Required:
Numerate and Literate.
Good IT skills including Word and Excel
Ability to manage own workload and work to tight deadlines.
Must be able to work independently or as part of the team.
Flexible approach to work.
Attention to detail.
