Main duties will include
Duties are many and varied, including but not limited to the following:

Management of the sales support team day to day:-
o    Carry out 1-2-1’s and PDR’s

o    Manage sick absences and disciplinary matters

o    Manage the timely and accurate completion of the teams daily workflow

o    Make commercial decisions prioritising the completion of specific tasks

o    Complete weekly reporting to generate accurate departmental MI

o    Supporting the team by providing accurate answers to questions and conducting effective problem solving

o    Provide coaching and support to members of your team

o    Ensure that all business communications are cascaded to members of the team and to check their understanding

o    Ensure the team is working collectively

o    Identify and escalate departmental concerns/issues to the Director of Strategic Support

o    To develop excellent communication channels at all levels with the regions sales force

Production of adhoc and routine reports as required by external and internal customers.
Production of quotations.
Account reviews.
Saving reviews to maximise margin growth and account retention
Proactive analysis of work produced and results achieved
Analysis and Collation of Data.
Identify and introduce efficiencies within current ways of working.
Identify margin issues within defined parameters and work closely with the margin team to resolve
Projects and tasks as directed by the Director of Strategic Support or RSD/RSM.
o    Support other regions to cover for absence, holidays and peaks in workload.

Skills Required

o   Ability to recognise strengths and weaknesses in the current team and processes and allow for efficiencies to be introduced

o   Role model professional behaviours in the workplace

o   Be an ambassador for OfficeTeam and our department at all times

o   Confident in providing direction to others

o   A proven track record of managing a team is essential

o   Complaint handling

o   Ability to prioritise and manage time

o   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

o   Ability to build relationships at all levels.

o   Numerate and Literate.
