supporting the workplaces of the future
And helping businesses through a tough year
What a year it has been!
No matter what your role or industry, the way that we work has changed during the last 12 months – and OfficeTeam is no exception. Just like you, our main priority has been to keep our onsite teams secure, and to support our remote workers to be able to fulfil their roles safely at home.
In addition to this, we’ve had to find new and innovative ways to support our customers to do this too, by scouring the market for products and services to help make their lives easier during a difficult time.
From PPE, to COVID testing kits, to social distancing signage – we’ve sourced and delivered it all, helping to keep Britain’s businesses operating.
And, we’ve used this time to evolve as an organisation too. Our aim is to make sure we’re agile enough to meet all of your workplace needs — wherever that might be — now and in the future.
We are now part of the Paragon Group
OfficeTeam is now part of the Paragon Group of companies — a hugely successful business with a sales turnover of £942 million (€1.2 billion) and leading provider of Customer Communications, Identification, Graphics and Workplace Services.
We have evolved
We’ve got some new team members!
As part of our goal to continue to drive innovation in the market, we’ve made a couple of key hires this past year, including:
Our new CEO, Andrew Jones, who has vast experience in driving businesses to be industry pioneers.
Our freshly appointed Sales Director, Stuart Derbyshire, who comes to us with extensive industry knowledge, and will be the driving force behind our key initiative of becoming a market leader.

Is now the time for an office refit?
As we start to return to work, the dynamics of the office environment will change. Office areas will be used more for collaboration, meetings and ‘hot desking,’ rather than having a ‘typical’ nine-to-five working day at an office desk. As a result, many businesses are starting to prepare their workspaces for these new ways of working.
