supporting the workplaces of the future
What a year it has been!
No matter what your role or industry, the way that we work has changed – and OfficeTeam is no exception. Just like you, our main priority has been to keep our onsite teams secure, and to support our remote workers to be able to fulfil their roles safely at home.
In addition to this, we’ve had to find new and innovative ways to support our customers to do this too, by scouring the market for products and services to help make their lives easier during a difficult time.
From PPE, to COVID testing kits, to social distancing signage – we’ve sourced and delivered it all, helping to keep Britain’s businesses operating.
And, we’ve used this time to evolve as an organisation too. Our aim is to make sure we’re agile enough to meet all of your workplace needs — wherever that might be — now and in the future.
We are now part of the Paragon Group
OfficeTeam is now part of the Paragon Group of companies — a hugely successful business with a sales turnover of £942 million (€1.2 billion) and leading provider of Customer Communications, Identification, Graphics and Workplace Services.

Key considerations for new business working patterns
How will your business be affected by the new working environment?
Is now the time for an office refit?
The dynamics of the office environment have changed and will continue to evolve. Office areas will be used more for collaboration, meetings and hot desking, rather than having a ‘typical’ nine-to-five working day at an office desk. As a result, many businesses are adapting their workspaces for these new ways of working.

SAVE money on office furniture with the new super-deduction tax break
The government has announced a temporary tax relief scheme where businesses can claim increased capital allowances on plant and machinery assets – this includes office chairs and desks.
For expenditure incurred from 1st April 2021 until the end of March 2023, companies can claim 130% first-year capital allowances on qualifying assets, as well as 50% first-year allowance (FYA) for special rate assets in the same period.
There couldn’t be a better time to invest in your office furniture for the future.
