OfficeTeam offers a range of recycling initiatives available to support our customers’ environmental commitments. Many of our initiatives are available through our FREE, national, reverse logistics, which enables customers’ recyclable waste to be collected upon a future delivery from OfficeTeam. This provides customers with an accessible platform to improve recycling rates whilst eliminating carbon emissions associated with using multiple external providers.

Furniture no longer needed by one organisation could be hugely valuable to another. Therefore, OfficeTeam will happily collect any usable furniture from our customer’s offices when new furniture is purchased and donate it to local schools or charities where possible.
Under the 2007 Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations (W.E.E.E), it is a legal requirement to dispose of electrical equipment correctly – it cannot be disposed of with regular office waste. OfficeTeam is a licensed carrier for electrical waste and battery collection and will ensure it is recycled or disposed of responsibly on your behalf.
Secure document destruction
OfficeTeam offers a secure ‘Closed loop’ document destruction service, whereby 100% of the paper shredded is recycled into fresh paper products for the future. You can boost your recycling statistics by using the service for all paper waste – not just confidential – and will receive evidence of your green efforts via a quarterly environmental report detailing the exact quantity of trees, landfill waste, electricity, CO2 and water you have saved.
