Main Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Post bacs, cheque & credit card receipts to customer accounts daily as per SLA’s
  • Preparations for legal accounts & Bad debt write off sheet
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Management of remit email group
  • Management of all SLJ, write offs & refunds
  • Contact customers for remits
  • Working with Cash Team Leader to streamline processes
  • Banking Reconciliation
  • Assist with bank audit requests
  • Other administrative duties to support the Credit Services Department

Personal Attributes:

  • System requirements – Excel (intermediate level – spreadsheets / formulas)
  • Successful candidate should be highly self-motivated
  • Excellent telephone manner & attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating a proactive, problem solving approach
