Main duties will include:

Duties are many and varied, including but not limited to the following:

  • Taking ownership and daily management of our CRM administration, processes and data
  • Quality controlled data auditing and detailed management of system records
  • Able to present system confidently to all areas of the business and manage training sessions when required
  • Creating frameworks for managing sales performance and compliance
  • Reviewing reporting and field variables and suggesting changes and enhancements in line with business need
  • Managing campaign reporting through the system to end users
  • Working with Sales & Marketing to identify Gap Fill opportunities
  • Administration of User registrations, access management and prospect verification processes
  • Able to project manage and implement new CRM system, if required
  • Maintain department Service Level Agreements

Core Skills Required:

  •  A good understanding of Sales Processes within a Field Sales Environment
  • Attention to Detail and problem solving skills a must
  • Excellent presenting and oral communication skills
  • Excellent communicator with good numerate and literacy skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently and have flexible approach to work.
