The Challenge

As part of their growth and increase in staff numbers, New Look required more furniture which needed to match their existing items. Furthermore, they wished to create a new comfortable environment for their staff to relax in during their scheduled breaks. New Look required robust, quality items of furniture in keeping with their existing corporate identity underpinned by a responsive, flexible and proactive service.

“InteriorsTeam matched our existing furniture by colour, style and specification and delivered and installed it across our multiple locations throughout UK. They proposed a solution to meet our price, service and quality demands whilst liaising and communicating effectively to ensure efficiency throughout the installation process.

At our Head Office in Regent Street, InteriorsTeam assisted with a space optimisation and re-planning project putting the space we had to far better use. The team were forward-thinking and were able to draw upon their experiences with similar tasks to execute the task effectively. We had a new café area designed and built as well as a complete re-vamp of our storage areas complete with replacing all the desks which in itself was a project to the value of £100k. No mean feat!

Our Account Manager is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The Customer Service team are always happy to go the extra mile and always respond to our queries in a timely fashion. The implementation and installation process was seamless and with minimal disruption to the day to day running of our business.
