Social value

We’re passionate about supporting local and global communities through a range of social value initiatives

global initiatives

OfficeTeam has supported 20,201 children in schools from Greece to Malawi to date. We’ve achieved this by using our product range and national logistics setup to support global initiatives by some of our key partners.

We recently worked as a fulfilment partner for WildHearts’ Love to Learn programme, which helps children in Sub-Saharan Africa access education by providing them with school starter packs. Each pack includes school essentials such as pens, notepads, pencils, rulers and erasers. So far, 20,000 school starter packs have been sent out to children in Malawi.

Helping local

With 15 local distribution centres and additional offices across the UK, OfficeTeam is committed to supporting and contributing to the communities in which we operate. We do this by donating essential products to local schools, charities and organisations – preserving their own funds whilst equipping them to better facilitate the learning and services they provide.

So far, we have donated over £132,000 worth of stationery, office supplies and workwear items, which has benefitted 1,395 voluntary and community organisations.

Supporting local projects

We offer each member of staff one paid working day every year to volunteer for a local community or charity project of their choice. That’s 6,660 hours a year devoted to causes that matter most to our employees.

young people in the UK

OfficeTeam is passionate about supporting the learning and employability of young people in the UK. With this goal, we offer work experience placements, in which local students can learn key skills and competencies whilst developing an increased understanding and awareness in the world of work.

School in a bag

We are ongoing supporters of the ‘School in a bag’ charity, which provides learning resources to poor, orphaned, vulnerable and disaster-affected children throughout the world. Each school bag is filled with stationery, learning resources and eating utensils that will enable a child to write, draw, colour, calculate, express themselves and above all learn. So far we have funded 201 school bags.
